How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $100 — a flat $4.95 applies below that.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily change or cancel it — just email info@snackypaws.com as soon as possible.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Right now we ship within the United States only.

What if my pet doesn't like a product?

No worries — every order is covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee. If your furry friend isn't thrilled, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

We make products for both! Each product page clearly says whether it's for dogs, cats, or both — always check the label and pick the right one for your pet.

Are the calming chews safe?

Our calming chews use gentle, natural ingredients. They're a treat, not medicine — if your pet has health concerns, check with your vet first.

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page lists size guidance. When in doubt, size up for comfort — especially with harnesses.
