These terms govern your use of snackypaws.com, operated by Apexcalls LLC ("Snacky Paws", "we", "us").

Products and pricing

• Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. If an error occurs (wrong price or description), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock errors.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order ships after payment is confirmed.

Product use and safety

• Pet products are intended for animal use as directed. Always supervise pets with toys, chews, and enrichment products. Ingestible products (treats, chews, supplements) should be used per package directions; consult your veterinarian with any health concerns.
• Nothing on this site is veterinary advice.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Snacky Paws / Apexcalls LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Apexcalls LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
