Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery times and rates
- Standard shipping (5–8 business days): $4.95, or FREE on orders over $35.
- Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary, especially during peak seasons.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left our fulfilment partner, and re-shipping to a corrected address may incur an additional fee.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 business days of shipment, contact us at info@snackypaws.com with your order number and a photo (for damage) — we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
