Our promise

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to start a return

1. Email info@snackypaws.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label (US addresses).
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Condition of returns

• Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• For hygiene reasons, opened ingestible products (treats, chews, supplements) cannot be resold — but if there is a quality problem, contact us anyway: we will replace or refund without requiring a return.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and cover all return shipping.

Non-returnable situations

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
• Items damaged through misuse rather than a product fault.
