Frequently Asked Questions
What does breakaway mean?
The breakaway clasp releases under pressure, so if the collar catches on a branch or fence, your cat can slip free instead of getting stuck.
How do I get the right fit?
It is made for cats. Measure your cat's neck and adjust the collar so two fingers fit comfortably underneath.
How do I clean the collar?
Hand wash with mild soap and air dry. Check the clasp regularly to make sure it still releases smoothly.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days across the US. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
